the room was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like a Jacuzzi and in-room breakfast. the restaurant had an impressive buffet breakfast with many special diet menus options. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We especially enjoyed the private facilities and continental breakfast.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level from the live entertainment, which could be heard in our room late at night. this did not ruin our experience and we look forward to returning to this venue in the future.

My stay at The Pierre - A Taj was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and spacious rooms. The housekeeping staff even organized my jewelry and provided makeup wipes without me having to ask. Additionally, the location next to Central Park is unique and offers a spectacular view. I would like to give a special mention to Ana Pavloska in guest services for accommodating our late checkout without additional charges. We are definitely planning to return.

During our stay, we were captivated by the hotel's prime location just across the beautiful Central Park. It provided stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious, exuding elegance and comfort, with a meticulously maintained bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast selection was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the facilities, like the charging stations and regular updates during a power outage in the city.

The location and staff were very good, we loved this hip new hotel. Traditional building and rooms with comfortable decoration.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the housekeeping doing an very nice job. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful interior and gorgeous flowers greeting us at the entrance. The location was perfect, just across from Central Park and easily accessible to all the main areas of this city.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to the Museum of Modern Art and conveniently located for city sightseeing. The staff provided excellent and attentive service, especially the banquet attendants who were extremely helpful during a thunderstorm. The room was luxurious and spacious, with impressive finishings and incredible attention to detail. The bathroom was lovely and well-equipped, and the turndown service was executed beautifully.

The hotel had poor communication pre-arrival regarding an offered package, and the concierge service was not helpful when asked for transportation advice.

The hotel also offered an amazing spa experience, with relaxing treatments and really good service. it was a perfect place for our romantic getaway.

The elevator attendants were exceptional, remembering our names and previous conversations. The housekeeping staff kept our room pristine and tended to it twice daily. The concierge, especially Christine, was kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel, next to a park, was incredible. the hotel staff and amenities made us feel like royalty.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.
